Placements Profiles Help

These editable files has been provided to assist with preparation of both congregational and personal profiles, provide a neater finished product and enable updates to be made more easily in the future.

It is recommended that you save the file as a different name so you can reload this original file unchanged later if needed. You may also choose to print this out and see how the original profile form looks or use it as worksheet. These profile forms were approved in 2004.

The finished document should look the same as the original document with no sections added or deleted. The Placements Committee will not accept profiles that have been reformatted. When finished it should be printed and signed. Only printed profiles on white paper will be processed at this stage.
