Committee on Relations with Other Faiths
September 11, the Cronulla Riots and events at Camden: given the multicultural nature of our country and the closeness of our global community, all such incidents highlight the importance of exposing those within the Uniting Church of Australia church to interfaith experiences.
The Synod Committee on Relations with Other Faiths, established in November 2004, aims to be a resource for the Uniting Church, a means to educate ourselves as a church and to encourage others in the importance and process of interfaith dialogue.
